Step 1   

Selection of photography ​

To create a portrait, it is required to provide at least one quality photograph, without filters, to ensure an optimal result. It is recommended to avoid photographs that have been unrealistically edited, significantly retouched, or have overexposure or underexposure issues. ​

For abstract paintings, please prepare one or more photographs of the desired scenes. Any creative direction is welcome, including examples of my previous artworks or specific color palettes. ​

 

Step 2

Size selection

​ Please indicate your desired dimensions for the painting. The personalized portrait or abstract is made on a canvas-covered wooden frame with a thickness of approximately 1.5 cm. Wooden frames with a thickness of approximately 3 cm are available on request. Prices vary depending on the dimensions of the paint and the composition requested. Adding additional characters or a custom background may incur an additional cost. Base prices are for a simple portrait (a person with a standard background). ​

 

Step 3 

Delivery date accuracy ​

Please specify if a specific delivery date is required. In general, a period of 2 to 4 weeks from the date of signing the contract is necessary for the work to be finalized. This deadline can be adjusted if necessary. ​

 

Step 4 

Estimate

  ​ A free quote, including all necessary information, will be provided. If the quote is accepted, the order can be confirmed by payment of a 50% deposit by bank transfer. ​

 

Step 5 

50% deposit ​  

​

Before beginning painting, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required to cover supplies and work time. ​

 

Step 6

  Finalization

​

Once the work is finalized, a video of the painting will be sent for validation. An invoice will then be sent by email. After receiving the balance of payment, the portrait will be shipped to the delivery address indicated in the quote. ​

 

Step 7

  Delivery of the artwork

​

​ In case of dissatisfaction with the final work, it is not obligatory to acquire it and pay the remaining 50%. However, it is planned to find a solution to meet the expectations to ensure complete satisfaction.
