Laura Vargova is a Slovak artist who currently lives and works in Paris, France.

She was born in 1984 in Bratislava, capital of Slovakia, where she has been graduated in Economics.

“My life led me to work in finance, but my heart and soul was always craving for art and creativity”

Laura began to develop her artistic skills using charcoal as main medium, mostly drawing portraits and nudes.

​

Later, she started to explore the colorful world of acrylic paints, wielding the brush for the very first time, slowly affecting the foundation of her artwork.

Since then, abstract paintings became the most representative pieces of her portfolio, now willing to combine beauty of portraits and the power of imagination of Abstract backgrounds.
